Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please contact Effortless as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Eligibility for a refund or credit may depend on how much notice is provided and whether time, materials, purchases, or other costs have already been committed.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or services that cannot be completed because access or required information was not provided may be non-refundable.

Prepaid Services

Once work has begun or materials, purchases, or reserved time have been committed, some or all of the service fee may be non-refundable.

Memberships

Membership fees may be non-refundable once the membership period has begun. Unused hours are handled according to the current membership rules.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
