We stay during eligible repair, utility, installation, delivery, or service windows so you don’t have to.
Away-From-Home Check-Ins
Scheduled home check-ins while you’re away, including basic visual checks, light plant watering, putting trash or recycling out or bringing bins back in, and a brief visit update as requested.
Mail & Package Check
We can check for delivered mail or packages during a scheduled visit and bring items inside or place them in a secure location when appropriate.

A complimentary consultation/assessment is required before final booking and pricing. Final pricing is based on the actual scope, volume, condition, complexity, and materials involved. Monthly Memberships
Ongoing monthly support for clients who want recurring help.
4 hours/month — $195
8 hours/month — $375
1-hour minimum per service, then 30-minute increments. Up to 1 unused hour may roll into the following month. Notary, loan signing, document organization services, and gift wrapping are priced separately and are not included in membership hours.
Weekday services are available during scheduled evening hours, with broader weekend availability. Membership does not include overnight, late-night, on-call, or 24 hour service.

Seasonal Gift Wrapping
Holiday gift-wrapping pickup and return service.
1–3 standard gifts — $75
4–6 standard gifts — $95
7–9 standard gifts — $115
10+ gifts — Custom Quote
Standard packages include regular wrapping paper and basic finishing only.

Pickup and return are included within the standard service area. Large, specialty, rush, holiday, or extended-travel orders may cost more.
